Position Summary:
The Regional Manager will oversee a portfolio of cell phone repair locations within a designated geographic region. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure profitability, drive sales, implement company policies, and provide leadership to store managers and their teams. You will be the key point of contact for the company's leadership team and local stores, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of store managers to achieve performance targets.
- Hire, train, and develop employees at all levels within the region, including technicians and sales staff.
- Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative team culture.
- Operational Excellence:
- Monitor and enforce company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all locations.
- Ensure high levels of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across all stores.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering parts and tools, and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain operational compliance.
- Sales & Profitability:
- Analyze regional performance metrics and implement strategies to meet sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute regional marketing initiatives and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, both in terms of services and new customer acquisition.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure all locations maintain high standards for customer service, resolving escalated issues when necessary.
- Work to continuously improve the customer experience across the region.
- Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies for regional growth, including market analysis, competitor research, and expansion opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with local business partners and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3 years of experience in retail or service management, preferably in mobile phone repair or related industries.
- Proven track record of managing multiple locations and driving operational success.
- Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and achieving financial goals.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Education:
- Equivalent work experience may be considered instead of formal education.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with mobile phone repair processes, including diagnostic techniques and repair procedures, is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of industry trends and new technologies related to cell phone, repairs, and other electronic devices.
- Other:
