We’re a dynamic, high-traffic repair center looking for a motivated General Manager to take full responsibility for daily operations, implement innovative strategies, and lead our team to achieve and exceed ambitious sales goals. We need a business-minded General Manager who has a passion for sales, operations, and driving profitability. Your role will be to lead the store’s operations while developing and implementing strategies to consistently grow revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business management, ideally with experience in wireless retail or related industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals. Focus on revenue growth through consistent performance and strategic sales planning.
- Product Innovation & Sourcing: Identify and introduce new products and services that enhance profitability. Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt our product offerings to match customer needs.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, identifying inefficiencies, resolving issues, and implementing solutions to optimize the store’s performance.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees, ensuring a productive and positive work environment. Oversee the scheduling of staff, including technicians and sales team members.
- Customer Service Excellence: Handle all customer service issues professionally and swiftly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Inventory Management: Ensure efficient inventory levels, ordering parts and supplies, and maintaining accurate stock records. Oversee the store’s appearance to ensure it’s clean, organized, and professional.
- Repairs & Returns: Ensure repairs are completed on time and at a high standard. Manage RMAs and returns efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Industry Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with carrier stores and other local businesses to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Attend monthly corporate network update calls.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven business management experience, preferably in a wireless retail environment or similar fast-paced sales-oriented business.
- A strong background in sales and revenue generation with a demonstrated ability to hit sales targets and introduce new products/services.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, while maintaining accountability and productivity.
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and handling RMAs and returns.
- Excellent customer service skills with a track record of resolving customer issues quickly and professionally.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify patterns, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain high levels of efficiency.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
