Position Summary
Leads cross functional teams to assure projects and programs are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget. Leads transmission & substation programs, process improvements and selected distribution projects to ensure the successful execution.

Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Experience designing, leading or project-managing substation, transmission, distribution, and / or electric utility projects
Ability to apply a broad knowledge of project management methodologies, practices and procedures
Ability to handle a broad range of project management assignments with minimum supervision
Ability to recommend and implement improvements to processes and procedures
Strong people skills, with bias for a collaborative working style
Demonstrated ability to manage project costs, timeline, scope, and risks

Minimum Education
Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering
Bachelor's Degree in related field from an ABET accredited university
Required Certifications
Working Environment
Work is performed indoors & outdoors. Manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of computing equipment, telephone, & printer / copier. Ability to travel to and from business related events. After hours work may be required.
Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and / or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
