What You’ll Do:
- Lead with positivity and professionalism: Foster a calm, optimistic, and team-oriented approach, creating a supportive and effective environment for both clients and colleagues.
- Drive continuous improvement: Evaluate and suggest enhancements to the plan implementation/termination processes, including optimizing collaboration with our India-based support team.
- Serve as a key point of contact: Build strong relationships with Consultants, clients, financial advisors, and recordkeepers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
- Manage expectations and educate clients: Set realistic goals and timelines, and educate clients on their roles, the company’s responsibilities, and the annual data collection process.
- Coordinate and delegate: Oversee plan implementation and termination activities, delegating tasks to internal teams and external service providers as needed.
- Review plan documents: Assess existing or proposed plan document provisions, offering recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure accuracy: Conduct thorough analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of plan implementations on both the TPA and recordkeeper platforms.
- Independent & proactive: You take initiative and can work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
- Effective time & resource management: You’re skilled at organizing tasks and ensuring that both time and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Critical thinking & adaptability: You thoughtfully assess situations and respond with solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
- Detail-oriented: You ensure that plan implementations are precise and compliant with all requirements.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong preference for ASPPA, NIPA, or CEBS credentials.
- At least five years of experience in plan administration, with a focus on plan implementation and termination.
- Proficiency in ASC, ASC DGEM, PensionPro, and Microsoft Teams is highly preferred.
- A suitable and quiet work environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for virtual meetings and accessing shared documents.
- Use of Microsoft Teams for collaboration and meetings.
