Position Summary

Humanitru is an integrations-first software platform for nonprofits that empowers organizations to centralize their data and streamline their operations. By connecting with leading platforms like Mailchimp, QuickBooks Online, DonorSearch, and other best-in-class tools, Humanitru replaces legacy CRMs and eliminates data silos, giving nonprofits a unified view of their supporters and operations.

We are looking for a results oriented Manager of Implementation eager to have a huge impact at a high-growth SaaS company. You’ll be joining our growing (remote) team in Richmond as we continue to expand across the country.

You’ll have the opportunity to manage the entire implementation cycle and use your experience to build out a process-oriented implementation team who truly cares about the customer. As a self-starter, you’re passionate about building and implementing processes, going above and beyond to cultivate strong relationships and establish rapport with all internal and external stakeholders, all with an eye toward scalability and exceptionally happy customers.

This role also involves collaborating closely with all areas of the business, driving innovation to ensure that the Humanitru implementation is a world-class experience.

OUTCOMES

  • 90% customers onboarded within 6 months
  • NPS Rating of 9 or higher (Rocketlane 4.8)
  • Work with the Product Team to templetize data migration processes for 90% data accuracy within 12 months
  • Create and implement an Implementation Playbook in order to build and scale a team within 18 months
  • 90% Hiring Success Rate*
  • Hiring dependent on Company goals, metrics as needed

DUTIES

  • Manage the entire Implementation Cycle, to include sales transition into onboarding, data collection and verification, data migration, payment processor setup, data review and sign off, and training process.
  • Measure the success of the Implementation Cycle via NPS ratings.
  • Build customer cheerleaders.
  • Work closely with Product and Customer Service teams, integration partners, and implementation partners (consultants). Seek constant feedback from these stakeholders to continuously improve the Implementation Cycle.
  • Ensure smooth customer transition from the Sales Process and into the Customer Success process for a cohesive experience that represents the Humanitru Brand.
  • Review the current Implementation Playbook and recommend best practices. Conduct continuous process reviews and improvements to the playbook with an eye toward scalability.
  • Surface opportunities for upsell to Customer Success Manager (workflow setups, smart automations, additional integrations for external solutions not yet implemented) and work with the CSM to create project plans to ensure customer success with Humanitru.
  • Identify team build out and hiring as needed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and voice of the customer to the VP of Customer Experience.

Compensation Range: $70K - $80K
