Job Requirements
- Experience working in a chemical or pharmaceutical facility
- Experience managing people and programs
- Experience implementing and maintaining standards to ensure equipment improvements are achieved through preventive and predictive maintenance tools and techniques
- Experience leading and mentoring maintenance personnel to achieve maintenance goals
- Due to the high volume of applications, only those qualified for the position will be contacted.
- BS in Chemical Engineering but may consider other relevant engineering degrees
- 5 years of in-plant manufacturing experience; chemicals or pharmaceuticals preferred
- 4 years of supervisory experience of 10 or more direct and indirect reports
