What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee maintenance, utilities, and wastewater operations
• Lead engineering initiatives to improve plant reliability and efficiency
• Manage capital projects and drive cost-effective solutions
• Ensure regulatory compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Implement mechanical integrity programs and engineering best practices
  
  

About You

• B.S. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience with CMMS, plant controls, and utilities optimization
• Proven leadership in engineering and maintenance environments
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making
