- Minimum 10 years’ sales experience in the coatings industry, 5 years in powder coatings sales.
- People management experience.
- Leadership skills – this position will manage sales reps.
- This person must have a “boots on the ground” mentality. They are not looking for someone who manages from behind a desk. Must be willing to travel with sales reps and be active with customers.
- Good team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
- Go-getter personality – looking to bring in someone that can help develop new accounts and drive revenue growth.
