Job SummaryThe Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and marketing our HVACR product portfolio. Responsibilities include management of the product road map and life-cycle planning, new product development, voice-of-customer research, commercialization and launch plans. The Product Marketing Manager determines short and long-term strategies and tactics for product marketing. Evaluates effectiveness of programs and concepts. Maintains an understanding of product features, benefits, pricing, positioning, design, application, and advertising. Minimum Job RequirementsIntermediate knowledge of HVACR technology and applications a plus Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, business, product marketing or equivalent experience3 plus years of product management and / or marketing experienceTollgate / stage gate knowledge, product lifecycle management and new product developmentProficient in sales copywriting, content, and campaign asset creationStrong project management skills and ability to facilitate multiple projects. Ability to analyze sales and financial data.Effective communicator and developer of presentations individually and within a team selling approach.Adept analytical and creative thinker with a design eye.Job Duties / ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed plans and strategies for developing new HVAC products.Identify and prioritize opportunities through Voice of Customer and market share analysis.
