Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of professionals in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Driving sales through direct-to-consumer channels, e-commerce platforms, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversieving online marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, paid advertising, and email campaigns.
• Leveraging data analytics to optimize marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ~7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer sales.
