Manufacturing Technician
23-27 / hr DOE
Positions available on 1st (A) and 2nd (B) shift.

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Technician who thrives in an environment that encourages tackling complex challenges and continuous improvement. You’ll work with a dedicated team, leveraging both autonomy and the resources typical of larger organizations, to make an impact every day.
Key Responsibilities :
- Test and troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBs, and prototypes.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure process documentation is up-to-date.
- Train technicians on mastered processes and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct rework and repair on PCB assemblies, including surface mount and through-hole soldering.
- Manage material inventory, ensure equipment functionality, and maintain a safe production environment.
