As a per diem, nonexempt Speech Language Pathologist with CPS Solutions, LLC Rehabilitation Services team at Parrish Medical Center, you are responsible for the administration and direct application of Speech-Language pathology treatment modalities as prescribed by a referring physician. Duties include evaluating, planning, directing, and treating all patients referred to Speech-Language Pathology. In this role, you will assist patients to obtain maximum performance and function in society while learning to live a routine “normal” life within the constraints of their disability.
Schedule: This per diem, nonexempt position is scheduled to work 2 weekend shifts per month and possible weekday coverage as needed.
Salary Range: $45-$60 per hour (with possible shift differential). Based on experience

About the Rehabilitation Department: Department core hours are Monday-Sunday from 7:00am-5:00pm and as needed to support acute care hospital rehab staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college in Speech-Language Pathology
- Florida Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing
- At least one year of acute care experience preferred
Hospital Requirements: (may include)
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- (Flu) Influenza-acceptance or declination for hires between Oct 1st-April 30th
- Respirator FIT Mask Test - Onsite
- Color test
- COVID vaccination
