Primary Purpose / Position Summary : KeyCom Division Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can effectively communicate our value proposition and drive sales growth. Division Overview : We are a leading provider of integrated technology solutions, specializing in on-premise and cloud-based phone systems, SIP / Trunk carrier services, digital signage, cabling, access control systems, and network management. Our comprehensive offerings are designed to meet the evolving needs of businesses in the local market.

Job Responsibilities :
Customer Relationship Management :
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
New Business Development :
Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including on-premise and cloud-based phone systems, SIP / Trunk carrier services, digital signage, cabling, access control systems, network switches, firewalls, access points, and network management solutions.
Sales Administration :
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Competencies : (required knowledge, skills, abilities)
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of on-premise and cloud-based communication systems, SIP / Trunk services, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Education / Experience :
