Your Role :
Provide exceptional therapy services aligned with CPT and facility goals.
Uphold the highest rehabilitation standards and manage key administrative tasks.
Build strong relationships with patients, their families, and care teams to ensure a seamless rehabilitation journey.
Ensure compliance with policies and deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is preferred, but we're happy to train motivated candidates.
Familiarity with Net Health is a plus but not required.
