YOUR ROLE AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT DISPATCHER

As an Administrative Assistant Dispatcher, your day starts with answering inbound calls and scheduling service appointments for our plumbing crews. You'll organize daily work orders, dispatch teams efficiently, and ensure everyone has the information they need to succeed. Throughout the day, you'll communicate with customers, leadership, and vendors, proactively solving problems and keeping things on track. You'll also assist with administrative tasks, manage calendars, and help keep operations running smoothly.

This in-office position located in Argyle, TX, works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and enjoys no night or weekend work!

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while staying proactive and detail-oriented
