THE INS AND OUT OF THIS OFFICE ROLE
As our Assistant Admin - Plumbing Dispatcher, each morning, you'll answer calls, schedule service appointments, and dispatch our skilled crews to keep the day flowing seamlessly. You'll juggle calendars, organize meetings, and act as the bridge between customers, plumbers, and leadership. As the go-to person for problem-solving, you'll ensure work orders are accurate, vendor coordination is smooth, and every detail is handled with precision. No two days are exactly the same, but one thing is constant-you'll be at the heart of the action, making sure everything stays on track.
What It Takes to Succeed:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while staying proactive and detail-oriented
The Schedule & Location:
- Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
- In-office position based in Argyle, TX
- No nights, no weekends, and no on-call shifts
