The Columbus Regional Airport Authority manages and operates passenger-focused John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH), cargo-focused Rickenbacker International Airport (LCK), and general aviation airport Bolton Field (TZR).

Your “Take Off” will be successful by doing the following with excellence:
- Under the guidance of IT Service Desk staff, perform laptop imaging and staging.
- Assist with Service Desk calls and tickets.
- Troubleshoot issues with user laptops and printers.
- Assist with IT inventory management.
- Audit SharePoint to identify duplicate files and inconsistent naming conventions and make necessary updates.
- Performs related work as required.
Your “Landing” will be smooth if you meet the following requirements:
- Must have high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old, by 06/09/2025.
- Previous related coursework or work experience or preferred.
- Must be able to work 20 hours per week.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license or state ID in good standing
