Responsibilities:
- Crabs Claw Oceanfront Caribbean Restaurant is open year-round.
- Must be able to work Weekends, Holidays, Nights.
- Must work minimum of 50 hours a week to qualify for salary.
- Hourly is an option.
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers.
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails.
- Process payment from customers.
- Clean glasses and bar utensils.
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences.
- Open and maintain tabs throughout the shift.
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.
- Inventory, Ordering, Control and Management of Complete Bar and Liquor.
- Must Keep Records of Usage Every Day.
- Must be able to work at least 45-50 Hours per week.
- Mature, Responsible, and be able to pass drug test.
- Key Holder Security background check.
- Responsible for all ordering of Beer, Wine and Liquor.
- Responsible for picking up Liquor at ABC store when Promised.
- Following and Maintaining Training of All ABC Laws for New Employees .
- Training Bartenders and Servers on Beer, Wine and Liquor Knowledge.
