Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for overseeing various operational tasks that help ensure the smooth running of our office environment. This individual will play a pivotal role as a gatekeeper, processing mail, cash management, managing communication, customer feedback loop, sourcing and maintaining basic supplies, restaurant POS support, and special projects while fostering a positive workplace culture.

- Gate Keeper
Facilitate proper communication channels
Coordinating communication between staff, customers, and vendors.
Manage special projects

Tracking Sales by Dept.
Reconcile sales to deposits
Prepare deposits for the bank
Vehicle Mileage
Purchase Orders
POS support
- Organization
Processing mail, answering the phone and responding to voicemail
Inventory and routine ordering
Office and conference room tidying
Customer service support for all departments
Filing invoices and statements
Cross-training and filling in as needed in various departments
Salary : $18 - $22
