Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients as needed.
- Coordinate projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Utilize Outlook Calendar for scheduling and reminders effectively.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure up-to-date records.
- Execute clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members when required.
Skills
- Proficient in calendar management with a strong understanding of Outlook Calendar.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong project coordination abilities with attention to detail in tracking progress.
