Successful automotive group looking for dynamic, energetic, career-oriented professionals who are masters of influence and love working the phone. This position involves inbound and outbound service calls in order to create service appointments.
Requirements:
- Must have call center experience.
- 1 year minimum of BDC, service or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone.
- Ability to control the phone conversation around client requirements and demands.
- Possess great customer service skills.
- Proven phone skills in a selling environment.
