We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT End User Support Consultant to provide exceptional support for Microsoft 365 environments and assist in migrations to MS365 solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in troubleshooting, end-user support, and Microsoft 365 applications, with hands-on experience in migration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other core tools.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to MS365 services, applications, and user access.
- Assist in the seamless migration of data, users, and systems to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal downtime and user disruption.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to plan, execute, and support migration strategies.
- Configure and manage Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring they meet organizational needs and security standards.
- Provide guidance and training to end-users on MS365 best practices and new features.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, including setting up profiles, assigning licenses, and troubleshooting access issues.
- Document solutions, known issues, and provide regular updates to the team for ongoing improvements.
- Monitor the health and performance of Microsoft 365 applications and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Keep up-to-date with new MS365 features, patches, and updates and provide recommendations for their implementation.
- Provide high-quality customer service with a focus on effective communication and problem resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migrations (tenant-to-tenant, cloud-to-cloud, or on-premise-to-cloud).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, Active Directory, PowerShell, and Azure AD.
- Experience with troubleshooting end-user hardware/software issues (including Windows and macOS).
- Ability to configure and manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, and Security & Compliance Center.
