WHAT YOU'LL DO

Is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging email marketing campaigns. Will collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign goals and design email templates that align with the brand's visual identity. This role will also ensure that the emails are optimized for deliverability, readability, and user experience.

Design and create visually appealing and effective emails and campaigns that align with the brand’s messaging and goals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the target audience and create email designs that resonate and drive response.

Ensure all email designs are mobile-responsive and compatible with various email clients and devices.

Manage email design projects, comp reviews, feedback, prepare and optimize assets, pass-off to Salesforce.

Collaborate with copywriters and marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, email best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve email designs and performance.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience and Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or related field (or commensurate experience) required.

3 years proven email design experience,

Highly proficient in Figma, as well as Photoshop and Illustrator,

Knowledge and Skills :

Understanding of HTML and CSS (however coding is not required)

Working knowledge of Workfront for project management and comp reviews

Must be able to prepare optimized assets, animated GIFs, and supporting graphics for email campaigns.

Understanding of top email clients and their design limitations, as well as potential rendering issues such as : light / dark mode, file sizes, font rendering, supported file formats, etc.

Knowledge of email marketing best practices

Able to create stellar responsive designs

Attention to detail and pixel-perfect design

Able to work with tight deadlines

Strong communication skills and team player attitude

Portfolio with recent samples of email campaigns
