Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee employee sourcing, hiring, retention, and separation processes
• Collaborate with corporate human resources to ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and properly designed to attract top candidates
• Implement and track training and development programs in conjunction with department heads and corporate human resources
• Investigate employees' issues and conflicts, and bring them to resolution
• Remain compliant with state and federal laws, while working in tandem with department heads
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or better
• 2 years experience of full cycle recruiting
• 3 years experience of human resources generalist
• Experience with Kronos, Ultipro, or UKG (a plus), or the proven ability to quickly learn a new HRIS system
• Strong decision-making ability, excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges in a professional manner
• Demonstrated organizational, supervisory, and leadership skills
• SHRM-CP certification preferred
