What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Rep - Boston position at Craft Massachusetts?
POSITION: Sales Representative, Greater Boston
OBJECTIVE: To grow Craft Massachusetts' market share through the successful sale and distribution of Craft Massachusetts' portfolio.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and maintain effective customer relations and promote the goodwill of the company
Successful sale, distribution and placement of all products
Develop new accounts and new placements
Proper merchandising of accounts with permanent and paper POS
Timely accounts receivable collections within company policy
Conduct tastings or promotion in accounts on a regular basis as well as when required
Organize and execute floor displays with proper POS pricing
Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiries as they arise
Execute monthly goals as related to business activities
Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned area
Ensure all product is rotated and code policy followed
Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
Prior experience in Outside Beer Sales, preferred
A competitive mindset
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Valid and clean driver's license with active auto insurance and vehicle
Ability and willingness to work independently
Comfort using Microsoft Office, ability to learn and use VIP
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in marketing, sales, and/or management preferred
Certified Beer Server preferred

Sustained squatting, kneeling, and/or bending while handling products
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate business equipment including but not limited to computer, tablet, mobile phone.
