We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the construction operations, ensuring accurate layout, productivity, and quality of items in support of our projects. The successful candidate will direct and supervise all disciplines, guaranteeing timely completion according to project specifications and drawings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop task plans, enforce safety practices, policies, and procedures to safely and efficiently execute assigned work.
- Train/teach safety practices, policies, and procedures to craft workers under supervision.
- Conduct regular meetings with crews to communicate safety concerns, work scope, plans, and schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and supervisor to ensure adequate supply of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor and report quantities of work accomplished on a daily/weekly basis.
Requirements:
- Able to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces (may exceed 200 ft).
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by workload.
- May require a valid state-issued driver's license.
