What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial projects.
- Oversee engineering workflows, project milestones, and technical deliverables to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, field personnel, and external stakeholders to develop innovative HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and equipment sizing to optimize system performance.
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to produce high-quality mechanical and plumbing system designs.
- Conduct thorough QA/QC reviews to ensure compliance with codes, client requirements, and budget constraints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and energy-efficient HVAC design strategies.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred) or 4 years of engineering experience in HVAC design.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license for Washington and/or Oregon.
- Proven leadership experience in project management, design, and team mentorship.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC load calculation tools.
- Experience designing both mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple engineering projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget.
