What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, interview, and hire industrial and skilled trade workers
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Match the right people with the right jobs
- Keep it moving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Proven experience recruiting experience (industrial or skilled trades is a plus!)
- Strong understanding of skilled and unskilled labor roles (e.g., machine operators, forklift drivers, maintenance techs, etc.).
- Excellent communication and a hustle mentality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Passion for people and problem-solving
- Team player with a go-getter attitude
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
