Earning potential- $75,000-100,000 with commission
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve agency revenue targets and growth objectives.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion.
· Prepare and present regular sales and operational reports to senior management.
Team
· Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop training programs to enhance team skills.
· Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Identify potential clients and conduct outreach to establish new business relationships.
Sales Operations
· Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
· Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
· Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between sales efforts and candidate placement strategies.
· Work closely with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
· Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that meet both client needs and agency profitability.
· Close sales effectively and efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition to the recruitment team.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in the staffing and recruiting industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of various industries and job markets.
