We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant and Social Media Marketing Assistant at a local screen printing shop. This dual-role position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. The successful candidate will assist in driving sales efforts while also contributing to the development and execution of our social media marketing strategies.
Sales Assistant:
1. Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing product information, answering inquiries, and processing orders.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
3. Prepare sales reports, inventory updates, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Social Media Marketing Assistant:
1. Develop engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
2. Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and appropriately.
3. Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our online platforms.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
6. Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
