The Position
Organization is key here, so you’ll ensure it’s a tightly run ship! You’ll be hands-on and flexible in your approach, ready to get stuck into whatever tasks the day might bring, expertly balancing the management of your clients and your team at the same time.
You’ll unpick client needs and translate them into briefs that help convey their goals and ambitions to the wider team, confidently overseeing, growing and leading projects to completion.
You’ll know exactly how to adapt your communication and collaboration skills to suit different clients, requests and projects, and you’ll relish the opportunity to thrive in this social and supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For
A confident Senior Client Manager, who combines a positive attitude with a ‘can-do’ approach to working! A pro when it comes to a client-facing role, you’ll have at least 3-5 years of experience working in a global agency, ideally with some CPG and strategic projects under your belt.
You’ll be someone who goes above and beyond to impress clients and colleagues alike - plus, you’ll be proactive at using your high standards of quality and attention to detail to ensure excellence every single time.
It’s key that you can talk us through your successes as well as challenges you’ve overcome, and we’re particularly interested in hearing all about how you negotiate budgets with skill, manage project finances effectively and work your magic across forecasting seamlessly.
