Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP), ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Administer weekly payroll, including tracking employee hours, processing payroll changes, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, updating documentation as required.
- Manage financial records, overseeing general ledger functions and reconciling accounts.
- Prepare documentation and reports for the end-of-year accounting process.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collections efforts to ensure timely payment.
- Assist with HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting, payroll, and human resources.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll procedures.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
