Overview
The B2B Social Media Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role within our professional services team, leading the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies for our B2B manufacturing clients. This role focuses on leveraging both organic and paid social media channels to drive meaningful engagement, generate qualified leads, and achieve measurable business results across various platforms.
We are looking for a results-oriented professional with a strategic mindset, enterprise-level social media expertise, and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns in a B2B environment. Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and make high-level strategic decisions for social media campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with client business objectives, target audience needs, and current market trends.
- Channel Optimization: Manage both organic and paid social media channels to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and demand generation.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze and monitor campaign performance, using insights to refine tactics and improve results.
- Budget Management: Oversee social media budgets and resources, ensuring funds are efficiently allocated to maximize ROI for both paid and organic efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing strategists, to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and business goals.
- Content Innovation and Creativity: Ability to generate ideas for interactive and dynamic content (e.g., live streaming, AR/VR social experiences, polls, and user-generated content campaigns). Experience tailoring content to regional or cultural differences for global clients while maintaining brand consistency.
- Content Oversight: Provide strategic direction to the content team and assist in content creation. Ensure messaging aligns with brand and campaign objectives while resonating with target audiences. Motivate the creative team with inspiring briefs and on-trend social innovations.
- Social Listening and Community Management: Implement and utilize social listening tools to monitor client brands, competitors, and industry topics. Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve community engagement and inform overall marketing initiatives.
- Proactive Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key online stakeholders, influencers, and advocates to enhance brand reputation and visibility. Design and implement client advocacy programs that turn loyal followers into active brand ambassadors, amplifying messaging organically.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to assess the performance of social media initiatives, applying insights to develop strategies that demonstrate ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment). Proactively integrate insights from social campaigns into the broader marketing funnel.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging social media technologies, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
Your Required Education and Professional Experience
- Proven experience (3 years) in B2B social media marketing, including both organic and paid strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related communications field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Experience with social media advertising tools (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing trends in the B2B space.
- Familiarity with AI tools and how to implement them for social performance monitoring, strategy development, and content ideation.
- Experience achieving measurable business objectives.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work across teams.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage budgets effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Direct or indirect B2B manufacturing experience is a plus.
