Job Summary
The Customer Retention role is vital in fostering long-term relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This position involves engaging with customers through various communication channels to address their needs, resolve issues, and promote loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ideal candidate will develop into an Inside Sales Representative calling prospective customers and sending out samples and literature.
CraftMark is a manufacturer of screen and digital printed signs, labels, tags and markers sold to customers around the world. CraftMark has approx 40 employees and has been in business since 1959.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through outbound calls to follow up on their experiences and gather feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all interactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the office system.
- Collaborate with the client services team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
- Assist in developing initiatives aimed at improving customer loyalty and engagement.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services roles.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with office environments and standard office software tools.
- Experience in outbound calling is preferred but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
