CRM Management: Utilize your keen eye for detail to handle data entry and maintenance in our CRM system, ensuring accurate lead tracking and management.
Customer Communication: Engage with customers both inbound and outbound, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with us.
Lead Pipeline Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and nurture robust lead pipelines, leveraging CRM functionalities, phone calls, text messages, and emails effectively.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Workplace: Navigate through G Suite with ease to streamline tasks and communications.
