We are a small firm with proven experience delivering High-Quality & Design-Focused General Contracting, Remodeling, and Project Management throughout Boston’s North Shore and Southern New Hampshire. We are primarily based in Amesbury / Newburyport Area and are eager to have someone join our growing Team!
About the Position:
Candidates are preferred to have 3 years of Residential Construction Project Management experience and be comfortable planning out daily tasks with the Owner, setting goals, and working independently or as part of a team when required. Understanding all aspects of the construction project process from layouts, material orders, assigning tasks, and coordinating a team of subcontractors is required. While our ideal candidate will already have proven experience managing projects, we may be willing to offer an assistant position and train someone that has the right demeanor, excellent problem-solving skills, and great memory.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, can excel in a results-based environment, and be dependable. They will have a professional and positive attitude with excellent communication skills. Must be detailed orientated and able to adapt to the project needs.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day activities at job sites.
- Ensure work complies with design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily tasks among workers and subcontractors per plans and docs.
- Obtain estimates from suppliers and subcontractors for proposed work.
- Provide submittals and obtain approvals for all project finish materials.
- Order all finish materials to approved specifications.
- Prepare cost change orders.
- Monitor and update construction budgets.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and report them to the Owner.
- Maintain project logs and site documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during projects.
- Review and develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety.
- Report progress to the Owner.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Must be willing to travel within a 30-minute radius of Amesbury/Newburyport.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication and Writing Skills.
- Fluent computer skills and highly competent using word, excel, outlook, google drive and bluebeam PDF.
- Driving License and Vehicle is required.
- 3 years of high-quality residential project management

Full-time position with pay depending on experience and skill level. Paid Time Off after 6 months (15 Paid Days per a Year) and 401k Retirement.
