Restaurant Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcome, valued, and satisfied with their meals. Experience in fine dining or the food industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or OpenTable systems.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen to the guests.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety standards are met.
• Handle guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold high standards of service in a fine dining or nightclub atmosphere.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or OpenTable systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• A passion for the culinary arts and providing outstanding customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
