Server/Waitress

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Utilize OpenTable for managing reservations and guest seating efficiently.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety protocols is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Experience with cash handling procedures is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
