Cragun's Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is looking for a candidate to be a Housekeeping Lead in our Housekeeping department!
Job Summary:
The Housekeeping team member is responsible for the daily maintenance of guest rooms, including detailed cleaning and replenishing of guest supplies.
Requirements
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly service
- Assist Trainers with new employee training
- Ability to lead a small housekeeping crew
- Ensuring daily tasks and housekeeping lists are being completed by team and other members
- Promotes a clean, safe and healthy work environment at all times for employees and guests
- Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior housekeeping experience a plus but not required
