">- Managing every aspect of the project, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope, schedule, and budgetary constraints.
- Upholding safety and regulatory standards, partnering with the Safety Manager to develop and enforce comprehensive safety plans.
- Collaborating with the project team to develop, implement, and monitor project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and Inspection & Testing Plans (ITPs).
- Leading and managing all phases of construction projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closeout.
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must possess:
">- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects in the heavy industrial sector.
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects independently, with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills, with a proven track record of effectively coordinating complex projects.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software, such as Procore.
