We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Conduct customer appointments, identify scope of project.
- Prepare project estimates.
- Be primary contact with customer throughout project.
- Coordinate with customer on materials needed.
- Order project materials.
- Coordinate with project supervisors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to Project Manager, addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
- Manage contracts effectively, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Proficiency in 5D Design or similar software for design and planning purposes.
- Strong project coordination skills with a focus on time management.
- Familiarity with project management software such as House Call Pro
- Knowledge of construction estimating practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.
