- Position: Real Estate & Facilities Project Manager
- Location: Fully Remote (must reside in a serviceable area)
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Real Estate Management
- Oversee site selection, lease negotiations, and property acquisitions.
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company objectives.
- Work with legal, finance, and operations teams to review contracts and manage real estate transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and vendors.
- Plan and manage facility projects, including renovations, build-outs, relocations, and maintenance upgrades.
- Ensure all projects adhere to budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate facility improvements.
- Oversee vendor management for facility-related services, including maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines for real estate and facilities initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular updates to leadership, tracking project performance and financials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in real estate project management, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of lease agreements, contract negotiations, and property management.
- Experience in facility project execution, including construction, remodeling, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for site visits and project oversight.
