Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Be the first contact for customers via phone, email, or in person.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Data Entry & Financial Processing:
- Accurately enter and manage customer payments and billing details.
- Keep financial records up to date, generate invoices, and track payments.
Administrative Support:
- Manage filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Keep customer records accurate and secure.
- Assist with report preparation and office supply management.
Team Collaboration:
- Support the operations team and collaborate to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong Quickbooks and general computer skills.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Basic financial understanding is preferred.
