- Greeting Customers: Welcome visitors, clients, and potential buyers with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Answering Calls: Efficiently handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take detailed messages when needed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering assistance, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Managing the Front Desk: Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism of the dealership.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and managing paperwork.
- Communication: Relay important information to management and sales/service teams regarding customer needs and any updates.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a tidy and professional work environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email systems) and the ability to learn dealership management software.

- Full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.
