What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Counter position at Crain Automotive Team?
We have an immediate opening for a Parts Specialist. Come be an integral part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Pulling and some delivering automotive parts to wholesale customers
- Provide information about the products and service
- Check in and stock parts
- Handle customer inquiries
- Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Bilingual (Not Required but Prefered)
