Responsibilities
- Sell new business policies with a focus on delivering excellent service to clients.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Work with a growing portfolio of clients to build long-term relationships.
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Educate clients on insurance products and recommend customized solutions to fit their needs.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (minimum of 2 years Sales, preferably in P&C Personal Lines Sales).
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for building long-term income streams.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
