About the Role :
The Director of Marketing reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for developing and leading the demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue. This role will lead a centralized demand effort, collaborating closely with new business and strategy teams to ensure a scalable, cohesive, and data-driven approach to demand generation. The ideal candidate would have experience in Agency & B2B marketing, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of agency services, with a focus on integrated campaigns that fuel demand and pipeline growth.
This role requires 4 days / week in the office in Norwood, MA.
Responsibilities :
Strategy Development & Leadership :
- Own the demand generation strategy, setting goals and KPIs to drive revenue growth and pipeline acceleration.
- Develop high-impact, data-driven demand generation campaigns that resonate with our target audiences across different verticals.
- Collaborate with other sales and marketing teams to create compelling messaging and offers that drive customer engagement and conversions.
