Job Description
Cramer Siding & Window is looking for an installer to join our growing team to help with installing the industry leading gutter protection system, Gutter Helmet! Gutter Helmet is the first and original gutter protection system on the market that is installed over existing gutters on customer’s homes.
In this role, the successful individual will oversee the installation of Gutter Helmet, they will run service and repair calls as needed and they must work efficiently independently. An ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, previous construction experience, maintain a valid drivers license and have a willingness to travel to Champaign and the surrounding communities for installations. Due to the seasonal nature of exterior home improvement, this individual must be willing to work an occasional Saturday to ensure completion deadlines are met. In addition to installation, daily tasks will include counting and measuring material, loading and unloading product and equipment and a willingness to utilize a ladder which may involve occasionally climbing on roofs.
Objectives of this Role
- Install and service Gutter Helmet gutter protection system throughout Champaign and surrounding communities.
- Count and loading materials required for job site installation.
- Fill out labor tickets for every job.
- Diagnose and service repairs for Gutter Helmet.
- Willingness to lift ladders as well as get on roofs.
- Ability to work independently of others.
- Flexibility to work an occasional Saturday as seasonal demand may require.
Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent previous construction experience.
Job & Compensation
- Full-Time
- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
