Now Hiring Part-time Guest Service Agent.

Are you looking to join a Hospitality Team? Cranberry Country Lodge is looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our Guest Service Team. The ideal candidate would have hotel experience, a flexible schedule and ability to work independently.

Job Duties:

*Creating a positive environment for customers and other staff

*Answering phones

*Professional and polite demeanor

*Checking guest in and out of hotel

*Ability to handle money, Credit Cards and completing audit

*Office duties, copy machine, faxing, email, internet research and working on a PMS
* Strong Verbal and Written communication skills

*Folding Towels

*Keeping Front Desk and Lobby areas clean
