Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with special requests or accommodations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Multilingual skills are advantageous
- Ability to perform night audit duties is a bonus

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or issues
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
